My vagina smells different

So I had sex with my SO a week ago and after I felt like I had to go to he bathroom a lot so I figured it was some kind of infection for not going to the bathroom after sex. I drank a lot of water and it went away in a few days. Now (4-5 days later) my discharge smells different. I don't know how to describe the smell. It is not fishy. It's just different and stronger than what I usually smell like. I have no other symptoms. No itchiness and no redness. I have no idea what this could be and I can't get to a doctors until next weekend.
