Cramps😭😫😩

I hate the first day of period and cramps are so bad ugh lol what can I do got cramps to go away like remedy wise, my bf asked me if I'm going to be moody all day lol which sometimes I am but I'm trying no to today and on top of that I have a quinceañera(15th  party) today and I wanted to wear a navy blue dress any advice on what to do?
