Single moms?

Question

Could use some words of inspiration, my now ex, has decided to leave me. 
His last words to me was "get rid of that fucking kid, I don't want a baby with you". 
I'm beyond broken, I'm scared. I'm very early in my pregnancy, but I'm also 21 years old. 
Doing this alone was never something I thought I would have to go through especially at this age. Financially, mentally, physically, I really don't know how I'm going to do this. 
No one knows about my pregnancy yet, I don't have a support system anymore. 
My life feels like it's ending, but I cannot and will not ever "get rid" of this baby. He or she is my everything now, all I've got. 
I'm really struggling, if any young single moms, or older ones, or any moms in general have any words of advice I would truly appreciate it. Feel like my world is ending, just in need of some support.

It's not ending. In fact it's just beginning. Literally a year ago I was in this same position. I am now the happiest I could ever be. Your life will be a roller coaster but you will find happiness, I promise. I'm 22 years old, supporting my baby all by myself and I give all the glory to God. I was 19 when I got pregnant... father was excited.. then treated me like garbage. .. became abusive, called me every name  in the book. . Told me he wanted nothing to do with me or the baby. .. I moved out on my own. .. continued to work to provide for myself, and did it all alone. .. my family support was minimal so I got closer with my friends. .. I spoke about my issues and fears and my truest friends became perfect "partners" to go thru the pregnancy with. .. a man that would tell you that is disgusting and doesn't deserve to be near your baby,  and believe me.. he'll  change his mind when it's convenient for him. .. and at that point you need to hold your ground and stay doing things on your own

U don't need someone who will come and go. .. your child deserves better too

I'm 25 now, my son is 5 and he is the best thing that ever happened to me.. when I think of his father and what he's missing out on Its too bad for him. .. my son is so amazing and prefect.. I'm glad I raised him on my own without his dad having an impact on how he turned out. .. 
Having a child is a beautiful thing.  Your life is just beginning. .. a man who would walk out is a boy. ..  you don't want a "boy" raising your baby. .

My boyfriend told me to have an abortion. Because of his actions i chose to leave him. I'm 39 and pregnant with my 4th child. You can do it i promise. Stay focused. I've pretty much raised my kids on my own from day one and my oldest is 17. I'll be praying for you

I'm 19 had not the slightest intention on being pregnant, his father has NEVER done anything for him. It won't be easy but trust me. Your life isn't ending you have something so much more important to live for now. You're gonna get through it wether you know it or not. & when you do you're going to be like "Awwww heck! Too easy!" Don't ever let someone have that much control over you to where you feel like your life is over because they left. If he left you at a time like this that means he doesn't deserve you at your absolute best! You got it love. Trust me. At times you maybe the only support you got. & it'll be all you need. Keep pushing mami!

Counseling really helped me deal with emotions through my pregnancy. It made me stronger in myself and now that I have my baby boy, I am in such a good place for myself and my boy.

I was 22 when I had my son. I left his father when my baby was 3 months because he liked to share his penis with other women smfh. Because I left him, he didn't want to help me raise our child. I lived on my own, had a full time job and my son went to day care. Was it hard? ABSOLUTELY. Were there nights when I cried wondering how the hell I ended up in that situation? ABSOLUTELY. My son is 9.5 years old now and you know what? I did a damned good job BY MYSELF and I am very proud of myself. It's a scary situation but you know what? YOU CAN DO IT! I didn't have family helping me. I couldn't call anyone if I was behind on my bills. But I made it work because I had someone depending on me to make sure he was on and that's what I did. YOU CAN DO IT!

I know it's scary cause trust I'm scared as well mainly because I have no idea what the future holds but I know everything happens for a reason and there is a sense of peace knowing this. Everything will fall into place. Be strong for you and your baby that's all you can do

I'm in a similar situation. 19 weeks and my no good boyfriend left at 6. It's hard. Every day is so hard and the baby isn't even born yet... But it's worth it. I'm sure once you tell your family and friends it will get a little better. I'm so much closer to my mother and a couple of women in my family than I have ever been and the support I get from them is unbelievable. You'll realize that you don't need him as much as you think. My mother and sister come with me to my doctors appointments, and the small amount of girlfriends I have are overjoyed to be aunties and are so excited to spoil my baby. The closer I get to holding my baby the more that asshole ceases to matter. He gave you a great gift, and one day he'll realize he fucked up and missed out on that amazing child's life.

I'm 16 and in The same position...I got married in December and got pregnant fast....so now I'm carrying twins...my husband cheated on me and left me. All I can say is be strong and pray...its helping me so I hope it can help you too!!💕💕💕

I became a single mom at 18. I had my son a few weeks before my 19th birthday. You can do it. My dad was a surprisingly huge help through it all. There will be someone to help you, even if it is someone you have not met yet. I would advise telling family. And tell people how excited you are about this new baby. I always acted like I wanted to be pregnant, telling people with confidence, and you know what, I ended up being really happy during my pregnancy because of it.

I finished my degree by the time my son was 16 months old. It was hard- I had to let him crawl all over me while I did my assignments, read college books to him in funny voices, and run off of no sleep, but I got it done and ended with a 3.9 GPA. You can do this! You are even older than I was at the time.

You can get a job at a day care that will give you discounted/free childcare ontop of your pay. You can take online courses. You can work your way up in a career. Make mommy friends at the day care or a local church. They can help exchange free babysitting. And when you are a great mom, before you know it someone will see that and that will be why they fall for you.

You won't have to do it alone forever. Just plan to, and you will be more than okay.
