Who else is paranoid? Just me?

I'm on birth control and I know it's pretty good if used correctly and stuff but I'm still paranoid that I'll be the person who gets pregnant. I have a friend who had taken birth control for years at the exact same time every day. She never missed one. And she got pregnant. I'm so afraid I'll be that person. I want to have sex without a condom because I think it'll be wonderful with my boyfriend but I'm too scared to do it so I won't do it.
