Temp question ?

So I'm 7dpo I have been doing my temps this time every morning since ov and it's been 35.6 I had cramping yesterday and temp was 35.2 when I first took it . Now thing is Iv been normally getting out of bed going to kitchen and doing it this morning I did it without getting up . Could this be why is lower ?

You're not supposed to get up before you take you BBT. You should have your thermometer next to your bed and take it at the same time everyday before you do anything

Yes getting up could change it.  Any movement.  I get up too though.  Cant see the thermomitor at the bedside in the dark.  Ive been getting a good chart by taking temps at the same time each day with limited movement.  Also a regular thermometor is ok... not as precise... but if your like me, and cant get a bbt thermometor even on line a regular thermometor is ok.

First of all you're using the wrong sort of thermometer. A bbt thermometer needs to read like 36.76 for example. Secondly you're temping all wrong. Temping is done to confirm ovulation so you need to temp from the beginning of your cycle and you need to temp at the same time every morning immediately upon waking before moving.
