Is this normal?

I had a Provera induced period because of 70 days without AF after coming off birth control. The Provera induced period was very light and only 2 days with one day before of a tiny bit of light red/pink spotting. I've had brown spotting for 3 days now. Is this normal? I heard Provera gives heavy AF and lots of cramping.

I had VERY irregular bleeding/spotting with it. Unfortunately I had heavy bleeding randomly and sometimes just spotting but it was very very painful for me. So bad to where I couldn't walk
