Hyperemesis Gravidarum

After being in the hospital for an entire week, I now know I have extreme morning sickness. I can't keep much of anything down and nothing at all before 2:00pm. Water is out of the picture. Constantly running to the bathroom to throw up (five times in the last three hours). I obviously haven't been able to be at work while in the hospital and such and now I am trying to figure out what to do. I don't see how I could function normally when I am this sick and not able to eat or drink anything. I walk around 10km a day for work (using public transport, etc) and my work is very active (I take care of children). My husband seems very irritated that I am not back to work yet and keeps asking me when I am going back and making comments when I have been resting during the day. He was in the hospital with me when they diagnosed me but I just don't know what to do. I realize a surprise baby is already a financial strain but I can't control if I am sick. Any suggestions??? Any one out there working that has HG??? How do you do it? How is your SO dealing?
