Pooping problems?

Anyone else having these issues? I can go but it's like I go and omg so much better but then I have trouble and it hurts. But I go now maybe twice a day and it's like the most horrible smelling pregnancy poop ever. Sorry but does anyone else seem to have a different change in bowl movements being pregnant?
