Symptoms going!

Hi everyone, I'm 6w 6d pregnant and I've had an early scan showing everything I hoped to see... Baby.. Yolk sac.. Heart beat when I was 5w and 6d. The last 4 days I've felt sick to the point of the thought of any food making me heave! My boobs have been agony and I've been so tired... I've woke up this morning and all my symptoms have gone! Still have sore boobs but no way near as bad and I'm eating everything I see! Is this normal?! Worrying...! Thanks
