Being forced to move out 😪

So let me start by saying this is a long post and I'm sorry in advance I just need to rant..  So I live with my mom and dad, a "friend" of my mothers, my brother and my boyfriend. Since there's been way too much drama and nonsense going on in the house, my boyfriend and I are trying to move out. I'm 5 months pregnant right now and am unemployed. My boyfriend is a private contractor and does property preservation and only makes really good money in the spring and summer until it slows down in the fall and winter. Things were great until my mothers "friend" moved in almost 7 months ago. The house bills aren't getting paid and are falling far behind, I got into a major car accident at the end of November so I no longer have a vehicle and have been unemployed since January 1st and then found out I was pregnant a week later, my parents are basically dancing on divorce because of this "friend" Rob and because of my mothers selfish needs and desires to be a tramp, and she and my father have been fighting nonstop. I do not want to bring a baby into this, he didn't ask to be brought into this screwed up situation. As of right now, yeah my boyfriend and I can afford to move out because we know how to make money stretch but when the baby comes I absolutely need to find a job that would offer overtime just to keep our heads above water during the fall and winter months especially with a new baby being brought into the mix of things. Feel free to ask questions or give me some advice because I'm really at my limit with the frustration here.. I live in New Jersey by the way so the cost of living is very expensive.
