I put in my ring last night, first time using it, and woke up to my right knee being slightly swollen. My whole body feels like an air balloon but my right knee is the worst. I have problems with that knee in general, but i know a serious side effect is leg swelling. Should i be concerned, and should i worry my mom over this? Im 17, really worried about the side effects, and i dont smoke and i am not obese.
