Pain in side

So I have complete placenta previa, circumvalatte placenta, inguinal hernia on my left side and am high risk due to a second trimester loss. I just ran down the driveway instinctively because my dog got out. My led t side started hurting immediately. I'm so scared that I couldve harmed the baby. Is everything that fragile?
