Bleeding at 8 weeks

Hello, this is my first post so I am kinda new to this. I have a 2 year old daughter and has 2 miscarriages after her. I am 8 weeks and 2 days. Last night I had spotting after intercourse, and now today I am bleeding like I am on my menstral. I did have a pretty big blood clot. I am sitting in ER as I type this. I am hoping I will hear everything is ok. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks 3days and everything seemed good then. My mother had her period for first 3 months of pregnancy. Can anyone relate?
