Yes I've taken this kind my whole pregnancy and had no problems. If you stick with this kind get the bottle from Costco! You get more than double the amount in the bottle from Walmart for like $1 more.

I did but had to take them at night! Gave me horrible nausea during the day. Make sure you take them with food

I was but they constipated me really badly, so I switched to gummies because they don't have the iron.
