My chances? feeling depressed...

Positive opk yesterday at 2pm and again at 8pm. However, bc of health reasons I wasn't up for baby dancing. I was having ovulation pain at midnight last night. We baby danced today. For some reason I'm thinking it's too late. I don't know. Also, my bbt was 97.96. Yesterday it was 97.34. Is that even considered a spike? Any advice or insight would really be great. Thanks so much
