Allergies/scratchy throat
Ugh seasonal allergies are here! My throat is so scratchy that I have eaten tortilla chips just to feel the scratchy crumbs go down my throat lol. I've been drinking tea but it's not really helping. I know they say Benadryl is safe but I don't know it worries me. Anyone else out there with seasonal allergies/what have you been doing for it?
