hey so uh i've been on the nuva ring for three months now and recently had sex with my boyfriend (6 days ago). he didnt cum inside but i did give him a blow job a couple hours before and he did cum then(sorry if thats tmi!!) i have super terrible anxiety. can someone please just be like "girl you're on birth control, why are ya stressin'?" i think i'm nervous because that was my first time having full on sex with the birth control. actually my first time ever having sex we didn't use a condom (didnt cum inside) and i was absolutely fine. every time i have sex i get so worried. which is dumb. i am a lady and i am on birth control and i've had sex a lot in the past and have never been pregnant.  i love sex so much. its such a beautiful experience and i'm so in love with my partner. idk just please help calm me down, that would be so nice❤️ thank you!
