That used to happen to me. Especially since my (our) hair is much more course, ingrown hairs are inevitable. I just stopped shaving and wax now I exfoliate and the dark marks/bumps are gone.

Exfoliate every other day to get rid of dead skin and don't shave for a couple weeks just moisturize!

I use to work at a waxing salon. Honestly your best bet is to grow it out a few weeks. Exfoliate as much as u can. But a exfoliating brush and use ph balanced wash. U can buy awesome products at any waxing salon. That help with exfoliating. I would also try and tweez the ingrown hairs out of the bumps to avoid infection. It's not a pleasant feeling but once u get them out its a big relief. Try some tea tree oil or witch hazel as well.. Also, look into getting waxed going forward. U can go weeks without anything down there and every time u wax your hair gets finer and finer so it's softer. Etc. Hope his helps.

Theres this shave cream called "coochie" it softens the hair follicles so when you shave its not pulling! Its amazing!

Be careful shaving, I just got over a huge ingrown hair that got infected and became a big boil. It was huge like the size of a golf ball on my lip, down there. (No Joke) I went to the Dr cause it looked like I had balls. Lol Dr said it's because I shaved and hair got infected. So no more shaving for me, I wax at home.

I always recommend waxing. Because why not.?

Don't shave until they go away...then once they go away.shave. then put deoterant on down there in the places you shaved In a downward motion then rub in or leave it. And always shave with the hair...not against it. If your razor doesn't get everything going with the hair then you need a better razor. Hope this helps:)

You can always sit in an epsom salt bath as well. I have no idea why it softens the hair follicles but it does.
