Sex causing bladder discomfort

So im new to being sexually active and i dont kno whats going on with my bladder but everytime i have sex the next day my bladder feels like it cant retain much and feels smaller like something is against it. I dont kno if this is normal or not but ive been going to pee every 2 hrs cuz i feel like im going to explode..need info on whats happening thanks
