Why?what are secrets to getting my BFP?

I was so confident this month because my period was a week late and only two days then a day of spotting and now currently peeling a lot bloated and cramping like crazy.... took this test and nothing..... best friend called today she has a 3 month old baby boy and just found out she's pregnant AGAIN! I have a 3 yr old and have been trying for 2 yrs for my miracle and nothing...... what am I doing wrong?
