Uterine notching

Anyone have mild uterine notching during their pregnancy? I'm 31 weeks pregnant and they found notching at my 20 week anatomy scan. At my last ultrasound they told me it was still mild, even though I've been taking baby aspirin since my 20 week scan. They're pretty vague about what it actually means 🙄 whenever I've asked. Even though I'm far along now, anyone think it'll go away on its own? What harm could it do to me or my baby? Will this affect either one of us during labor? Im so set on having a natural birth, c-sections scare the sh!t out of me. I'm so confused.
