My husband and I have been TTC for about a year now, I was wonder if anyone knows of an over the counter supplement or anything that would help the process. Like a fertility booster- if that even exists. I am 27, currently taking prenatals and I eat pretty healthy with moderate exercise (I am trying to loose a few pounds and so iv been walking a lot and recently started hot yoga twice a week. I also use Herbalife shakes for my breakfast and lunch.) Any ideas? I know it takes time and we are not stressing about it (too much) yet but if it takes much longer I'm not sure that I'm ready to see a fertility doctor. If that's even the next step, I'm not sure!
