Federal Employee Insurance Questions!

Okay, so my fiancé works for the government and we are researching health care options since I'll be on his insurance once we get married June 1st and roughly 7 months pregnant. Has anyone had experience with GEHA or Aetna for maternity care? I know BCBS covers a lot, but they are out of price range as is KPS. Figured I would ask as it looks as though GEHA and Aetna would cover 100% after deductible which is $3000
