Help conceiving?!

My boyfriend & I have been trying to conceive & nothing seems to be working. 😩 Any tips? Advice?

The perfect times to try is three days before you ovulate. Keeping track of your cycle really helps out here. (Or if you have sex everyday i guess theres no problem lol)

Another thing thats kind of odd to do is to elevate your hips after sex so that the swimmies get to where they need faster by means of gravity.

You can see a fertility clinic if you're concerned of course.

There are things you can get at wal mart and other places that supposedly help you get pregnant. You can find them where the pregnancy tests are most likely. Some people claim they work. No sense in not trying it.

Also keep in mind that you have about a 20% chance each month to actually get pregnant. Just keep trying! There are more tips you can find on baby websites and such.

Try starting a prenatal vitamin now, or just take folic acid. Will make you much much more fertile. 😊 good luck!!
