Labour Starting Soon?

I've been feeling nauseous off and on all day, and have had a headache & hot flashes since about 2 today. I figured it was because I was nervous about a presentation I had today. Well, about an hour ago, I lost my mucus plug. Like the entire thing. My headache is still there (and more painful then earlier), I'm really nauseous and baby is moving so much it hurts sometimes. I'm 40 weeks and 1 day today, so is this a good sign??? 😁
