What are the chances of a woman getting pregnant if she fingered herself on ovulation day with sperm on her fingers ?

Sperm does not die once it hits the air. That's ridiculous. If that was the case, artificial insemination wouldn't be a thing. Male ejaculate sits in a cup for a while before it is placed in a woman's vagina at the clinic. Absolutely possible to become pregnant this way. My cousin did this, and became pregnant.
