I've become obsessed with losing a few pounds. (Ok like 10-15 pounds) I do not look heavy with clothes on but without them, I look terrible. I am what you call "skinny fat". I'm 5 9, and 155 pounds.
I have been eating about 7 small meals a day. (Usually between 100-200 calories) I will continue to do this. Can someone tell me if this is actually "bad" for me?
I have no energy to exercise. I work 10-12 hour days, then have two 2 year old twins. Lol
