Ovulation prediction question

My SO and I have been trying for almost 6 months... Nothing. So as I'm 36 today I feel the clock ticking went to the doc and she requested I do the ovulation prediction Test and glow says I should be ovulating, and ovia says I should have already passed my fertile window. Tested ovulation this whole time with nothing but negatives. Experiencing some mild cramping down low that seems worse when my bladder is full. And also frequent urination. I am due for AF on 5/3 my question is if I am already pregnant will I get a negative opk? It's too soon to take a pregnancy test I think. Ovia says wait another 11 days to test. Just curious what u all think. I've never used opk before
