Tips on going to work sick?

I need tips on how to make it through the day after being sick. Last night I had a sore throat, a headache, and I was throwing up. I was able to keep applesauce and water down and then I went to bed. I decide not to call out of work because I am feeling mostly better and I already called out earlier this month for throwing up. I'm a nanny so I'm pretty much just constantly sick haha. Plus it's a Friday so I thought I would try to push through to the weekend. I don't think I'm nauseated but I'm only gonna bring very bland food to work. I have medicine for nausea. But what I don't know what to do with is my energy level is so low. I feel like I should sit down and never get up. I'm also cold and my hips/back are very sore.
