Farther along than expected,

I haven't gotten to a doctor yet because I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant but I just wanted to see if anybody else has taken a digital clear blue and it say you're less than what you really are because by my last period I should be five weeks and three days, but the digital says 1-2 since conceived..
