always wet

i thought it was only my fertile week or whatever i dont really know what that is but is it normal to always be wet and have white stuff coming out it gets on my underwear. i feel like i started my period so i check so i put my finger and its really wet then go to the restroom and theres stuff on my underwear! its kinda annoying cause it gets on my cute underwear too😶 lol im not even turned on more than half the time does anyone know what this could be?
