Symptoms after MC

Idk if the description is tmi, so everyone knows. It's  been 3wks since my MC (31MAR) I've been cramping the past week but it's been weird. One day I'll cramp on my left side and the next day vise versa. The CM has been really crazy to. The 17th it was clear and thick (which never happened before even during ovulation) then progressed to creamy. The doc said 4-8 weeks for a monthly but I never cramped prior to starting. I understand my body is trying to get back in the groove of things. I'm not sure if this matters, my husband and I BD on APR 8,9,10 & 13. Also, I am planning on visiting my dr but I don't know if it's serious enough because I'm not in severe pain.  I'm just confused honestly 😔... Any advice?
