Mother-in-Law should help during recovery?
Right after a baby is born?
Where I'm from all the grandmothers of the newborn help around somehow. Cooking, laundry, care for the baby, anything.
I married an American and my MIL came and just partied around, my husband cooked, she drink and smoke around. I had c-section and most of the time I stayed on my room breastfeeding the baby. She gossiped to my husband complaining why I was no cooking for him. It was 3 weeks after I had the baby. They came everyday for a month.
I'm wrong to be mad about it?
