my moms tattoo got pretty infected, don't know if it's because it's the third cover up over one tattoo or what, she's been putting a&d and it. Any opinions or advice?

Go to the doctor! My friends tattoo got infected and "fell off"

Her skin just became a jelly like texture around the tattoo and that whole piece of skin fell off

It's pretty infected because of either 2 things 
1. The needle used was not clean or new
Or 2. When u get a tattoo is makes ur skin sensitive and it scars it, because of it being a 3rd cover up the skin is so sore and weak that it tares the skin and opens. 
Best option is to go to the hospital to get it treated for infection.
