I have severe cramping in my lower back and lower abdominal area it's like period pains but a little worse. They're on and off for a while now. No spotting. No change in discharge I'm wondering if this is normal or anyone has or is experiencing the same @ 8 weeks. Ps: I'm super tired and super mansion in the morning if I don't eat with in20 minutes of waking up😔 help.
