Friends and sex

So my friend jaunt had sex the other day for the first time, and apparently now she's a "sex expert" or something. I don't know why she's trying to act like she knows everything but apparently now she does. I'm trying to get birth control and condoms and suddenly she's telling me what I can and can't do. What should I do?
