My understanding is that raspberry leaf is all about strengthing your uterus. Not sure if you'd get obvious signs of it helping or not, but if you have a healthy pregnancy, it certainly had a part in keeping your baby well. I've been drinking it every day along with other herbs like Alfalfa, rose hips, and more. I had a miscarriage in January. Though I'm not naive enough to think the tea can stop a miscarriage if it's meant to happen, I do believe it will help me have a healthier pregnancy and easier labor.
