Off topic!

So.... Off topic of babies I was in a car accident back in Ocotber so it's been 6 months almost 7 and I was NOT at fault well the insurance company of the woman at fault has yet to settle this claim. They paid for the car but they have yet to fork any money forward for medical bills and pain and suffering claims. So I was just wondering if anyone thinks I should contact a lawyer. I'm tired of this especially since it was two days before my wedding and I had no way of preventing it. She pulled out in front of me and I was almost rear ended by a semi due to her neglagece. What do you all think?
