Exercise induced nausea
Hi everyone. I am 11 weeks pregnant and I have been struggling with occasional to consistent nausea throughout the days. I got the mama morning sickness wrist bands which help a lot.
I am a personal trainer and this is my first pregnancy. I am still training and teaching. When I try to exercise I get etremely sick. I usually can't exercise for any longer than about 15-20 minutes. I have always exercised as part of my daily routine. I'm just having some issues as an active lifestyle is important to me and for my baby. Has anyone ever experienced this? Please help.
