9weeks and getting big?

Who else is getting really big really fast? I'm 9weeks and have grown so much. Yes I have belly fat but it looks like it's getting pushed out more and more! I can pull the fat up and boom there is a hard bump under! No its not constipation. And my fat is a bit bloated but seriously it's mostly baby. Who is with me? Please tell me I am not the only one?

I'm 8 and I have a little bump action going on too & I'm skinny so it's super obvious I'm so confused about it because my mom said she didn't show at all with me til she was 6 MONTHS & here I am like hello world look at mah bellaaayyy lol I've probably been eating too much though... Dr appt on the 4th So I'll let you know what they say about it!!
