Can't shake this feeling

I'm 8 weeks 5days today and up until yesterday I had really bad morning sickness. I woke up and it has disappeared over night. I'm soo scared that something is wrong. I had my first prenatal was yesterday and she said everything looked fine but she didn't do a ultrasound or anything so It helped nothing! I haven't had no stretching pain or cramps it's like I'm not even pregnant. I can't eat I can't sleep and I can't stop worrying ??. Anyone else going or went through this?
