digital or red dye tests?? Which is better?

So today I'm 9dpo and I took a digital Test, it read negative. I'm having horrible Nasea with back pain and cramping, my lower abdomen is tight and uncomfortable, I'm due for AF on the 27th, and the 29th I have 2 infertility appts I plan on doing blood work if she doesn't show...  Just wondering if anyone has gotten a BFP early and if the digital or dye tests are better for early BFP.
