Does drinking water change your period & the way it is? I've been drinking a lot more water than usual due to my anemia & the need to take iron supplements to accommodate for it. Usually I'm light the first day , heavy the second & third, medium for the fourth & then light for the next two to three days . But this time I was more medium my first & second day then light my third & fourth day . (I'm on my period now)
