What to do while waiting?

While waiting for baby to grow and start moving, while waiting for next doc appointment... What do you gals do while being worried if your baby is going to be alright? Symptoms come and go and after reading posts about miscarriages at 10weeks and later, I'm scared.. Still have to wait 10 days before next doc appointment.
