Possible miscarriage?

I have had 2 previous miscarriages and I thought I had miscarried on Sunday because I have cramps and bleeding and passing clots. My cervix was open and it is now closed. I went to get my hcg level checked but my levels are still going up but they aren't double. Has anyone dealt with this before. Any insight would be awesome.
