Can anyone see any lines in this pics, please comment!

Had unprocted sex while on my fertlie window and before it. Im having what to think are pregnancy signs, such sore heads, (being woke up with it) white creamy discharge, break out of spots, such sore nipples (big blue veins on them) feeling yuk and an upset belly, cramps come and go ( no bleeding yet) have done some test, some people say they can see faint + and two lines.. Don't know what to think..
