Brown/pink spotting

I am 5weeks 5 days pregnant. At about half 1 today I noticed brown discharge when I wiped, this has been there every time I go to the loo and once was a pinky colour. I lost a baby last year and i am so scared I am losing no this one. It isn't a lot and it is only there when I wipe it hasn't soaked through or anything. Can anyone give me hope as I can't get to the docs until Monday 😔 I can't believe this is happening again 😢
