Pain meds in early pregnancy?

Hey ladies I'm not 100% sure if I'm pregnant yet as its too early for me test right now, I have had quite a few symptoms though. I've been trying to stay away from things that I know I shouldn't be consuming just incase. But I now have a tension headache and I was wondering if there's any safe pain meds to take right now incase I am pregnant? Thanks for your help!

Tylenol is the only thing you can take for pain during pregnancy

Paracetamol. I'm also a nurse and been advised by pharmacy that's one of the only things you can take. I'm not sure if it's called the same thing in the USA

Doctors will tell you that Tylonol is safe during pregnancy, however there are studies that it can be a detriment to your baby.  My sister who is a fertility nurse reccomended that I take nothing. It is always safest to avoid all medicine during pregnancy unless it is absolutely necessary.

I was actually told that I can take motrin til 33 weeks, I an allergic to actmetaphine though. Which Tylenol is safe during pregnancy.

If it's too early to test, baby hasn't implanted and you should be fine.
