I don't know what's going on lately I've been getting these weird cramps I've had to pee but then no pee would come out and then just yesterday every time I wiped after I needed to "pee" there was blood and now today I'm peeing blood and my clit area feels like someone is stabbing it with needles and idk what's wrong please help me
