I feel so good at 5 months .....(19 weeks and 5 days lol) I lost a few pounds of muscle the first trimester but hit the gym hard since month 4 over all yay! 👌💪 HEALTHY MOMMA HEALTHY BABY    (Don't mind the mess it's called I have a 4 year old 😂😂😂😂😂💕😍)

Thank you!!! I lift and do some cardio (stairs/uphill walking)doing it for about 3 years. I'm still considered to lift "heavy", I dropped all my weights about 10-20 pounds. And I'm mindful when I do legs . If you have no experience I would start light don't want to put any strain on you or the baby
